The Harvard Family Research Project separated from the Harvard Graduate School of Education to become the Global Family Research Project as of January 1, 2017. It is no longer affiliated with Harvard University.
Our innovative team of researchers focuses on three components of children’s learning and development: complementary learning, family involvement in education, and out-of-school time. We also believe that evaluation is essential to improve and maintain the quality of all programs. Therefore, a large part of our research includes piloting new approaches to evaluation and sharing field-wide innovative trends, strategies, and techniques.
